NOTABLE DETAILS:

We’ll leave our respective campuses around 6pm on Friday, April 12th and return to campus by 10pm on Sunday, April 14th. We typically meet at the Front Gates for GU and East Campus for AU. Please eat dinner before leaving on Friday. Plan your weekend accordingly to the departure and return times.
We’re staying at the Christian Church Conference Center this year which is about 3.5 hours from DC and only two blocks from the Bethany Beach boardwalk!
The center will provide all our meals for the weekend (three on Saturday and three on Sunday). We will do our best to work with the staff to accommodate dietary restrictions and allergies. If you need accommodations, don’t wait until the last minute to register. Please place a deposit as early as possible and note your restriction in your registration so we can help make your Beach Weekend experience a positive one.
We are expanding our returners track a bit this year. Although we will have time to worship and learn altogether, we will also have dedicated time for first-timers to receive training from Rev. Toby & Rev. Natalie, while returners will be engaging in facilitated discussions led by Rev. Blane & Rev. Nicole.
