Come with us to Bethany Beach, Delaware for a weekend of learning about Jesus and how we’re called to live out our faith in community. Open to DC Chi Alpha students at both AU and GU, we’ll learn about what it means to be the body of Christ, worship together, and of course have some good fun!

PAYMENT DETAILS:

You can secure your spot by either paying in full ($159.99) or paying a $29.99 deposit. If you choose to pay the deposit, you are both guaranteeing your spot and committing to coming and paying in full by the deadline. The deposit option is open until March 28th, and you must pay the remainder ($130) by the final deadline of April 3rd. If you choose the full registration cost option, that is due on or before April 3rd.

Please note: Spots are limited. You can only secure your spot by either paying in full or putting down the deposit. By paying the deposit, you are fully committing to attend Beach Weekend.

OTHER DETAILS:

  • We’ll leave our respective campuses around 6pm on Friday, April 12th and return to campus by 10pm on Sunday, April 14th. We typically meet at the Front Gates for GU and East Campus for AU. Please eat dinner before leaving on Friday and plan your weekend accordingly.

  • We’re staying at the Christian Church Conference Center this year which is about 3.5 hours from DC and only two blocks from the Bethany Beach boardwalk!

  • The center will provide all our meals for the weekend (three on Saturday and three on Sunday). We will do our best to work with the staff to accommodate dietary restrictions and allergies. If you need accommodations, don’t wait until the last minute to register. Please place a deposit as early as possible and note your restriction in your registration so we can help make your Beach Weekend experience a positive one.

  • We are expanding our returners track a bit this year. Although we will have time to worship and learn altogether, we will also have dedicated time for first-timers to receive training from Rev. Toby & Rev. Natalie, while returners will be engaging in facilitated discussions led by Rev. Blane & Rev. Nicole.
